About Kids Yoga with Erika
Erika has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and since becoming a mother herself, realised the benefits that yoga has on a child’s wellbeing. In 2021, Erika began teaching yoga to children through playgroups and private yoga classes. This led her to complete her Kids Yoga Training and Early Years Yoga Training and has since been teaching yoga at early childhood centres, schools and other community settings. Some of the many benefits of children practicing yoga are improved flexibility, strength and balance, building on confidence, self-esteem and well-being, developing the ability to self-regulate and much more!
